The stainless steel crystallization tank ( crystallization kettle ) produced by Kehao Company is a crystallization equipment that uses the chilled water or the refrigerant water in the interlayer to cool down rapidly after the material mixing reaction. The key part is the size of the interlayer, the structure of the agitator and the material outlet. The form, the high-precision polishing in the tank body, and the cleaning of the tank body have no dead angle requirements to meet the process conditions.

Stainless steel crystal tank structure function:

This series of crystallizing tanks are made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel. The inner wall is made of electrolytic mirror or mechanical polishing. The outer wall is insulated by 304 all-welded structure, and the outer surface is treated with mirror or matt. A 0.2 um hydrophobic vent filter was installed on the crystallization tank. The crystallization tank can withstand high temperature sterilization at 121 °C and is equipped with a hygienic pressure gauge.

The outer joint of the tank body adopts a sanitary quick opening joint. With temperature monitoring device, 2 mirrors, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet, PH meter port, thermometer port and other interfaces. The shaft seal uses a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that the material is not contaminated. The crystallization tank can adopt a frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the stirring shaft speed adjustment range is large. It can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements, and the equipment produced is fully compliant with GMP verification requirements.
