Daily maintenance of the plunger valve
1. The plunger valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked.
2. The long-term storage of the plunger valve should be checked regularly to remove dirt and apply anti-rust oil on the processing surface.
3. After the plunger valve is installed, it should be inspected regularly. The main inspection items are:
(1) Wear of the sealing surface of the plunger valve .
(2) Trapezoidal thread wear of the plunger valve stem and stem nut.
(3) Whether the plunger valve packing is out of date, if it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
(4) After the plunger valve is overhauled and assembled, the sealing performance test shall be carried out.
