Potato crops using bio-organic fertilizer

Potato crops mainly include non-cereal food crops such as sweet potatoes and potatoes. The product organs of such crops grow in the soil, so the physical and chemical properties of the soil are more stringent. The land with good air permeability and rich in organic matter is conducive to crop growth. Potato crops are divided into pre-growth stage and root (stem) expansion stage. In the early stage of growth, the demand for nutrients is less, but it is very sensitive. The lack of fertilizers will seriously affect the growth of stems and leaves and the development of the root system, which will affect the formation of tuberous roots (tubers). The root (stem) enlargement period is the period when the ground and the underground grow most vigorously. It requires the most fertilizer, and it is also the key period of fertilization. The deep fertile soil in the hibernating layer of potato crops, especially the demand for potassium, is much more than other crops. Applying bio-organic fertilizer to potato crops can not only ensure the continuous supply of nutrients, but also improve the soil, increase soil organic matter and beneficial microorganisms, and enhance the ability of soil to retain fertilizer and water. The amount of basal fertilizer applied to potato crops varies according to the method of fertilization. Gully application generally uses 60-80 kg of bio-organic fertilizer and 40-50 kg of bio-organic fertilizer. For sweet potatoes and other transplanted potato crops, with the method of roots, increase the beneficial microorganisms and organic matter around the plants and improve rooting ability. Topdressing should be carried out at the seedling stage or in the early stage of tuber (stem) enlargement. The mu should be applied with 25kg of bio-organic fertilizer or a hole. If the mu is mixed with 2-3kg of potassium sulfate, the effect will be better.
