Three Cases of Fault of Hydraulic System of Tigris-654 Tractor

(1) A Tigris-654 tractor has the following symptoms: The lifting of farm implements requires a large throttle, and the farm implements rise slowly. The rise height is not enough; the throttle of a small and medium-sized door cannot be raised at all. According to the symptoms, it can be determined that the fault is caused by the leakage of a certain part. Open the hydraulic oil tank cover and observe that when the big throttle is lifted, there is oil surge in the safety valve of the lifter, which indicates that the safety valve is leaking. After dismantling inspection, the valve seat retracted loosely from the valve body, resulting in the poppet valve core and valve seat of the safety valve not being sealed.
(2) A Tigris-654 tractor, when the farm implements were raised, the implements and the body were violently bouncing up and down. According to the analysis, this fault is caused by a serious leak in one part. Leakage led to the decline of agricultural implements, and the decline of agricultural implements led to the cam top control valve, so that it was put into the oil state again. The farm implements picked up again and leaked after being picked up. This repeatedly produced the above symptoms. Open the cover of the hydraulic oil tank, check the location of the leaked oil, and finally find that the cover of the lifter return valve cracks one long seam, and the sealing ring of the cover plate is also disconnected.
(3) The newly purchased Tie Niu-654 tractor was insensitive to steering, the steering wheel turned a few laps, and the front wheel only rotated a little; the front wheels swayed violently during driving. According to the phenomenon, it was judged as insufficient oil, so we checked the overflow constant-current pump. During the disassembly, it was found that the preload of the discharge valve spring was insufficient, resulting in partial oil backflow from the overflow valve, resulting in less oil intake; the disengagement of the throttle valve spring of the overflow constant-current pump outlet port was also found to jump out of the card slot. The flow valve does not work, so that the flow rate of the oil at the outlet is not high, which is also one of the reasons why steering is not sensitive.
