After that, the material in the hopper not far away is automatically sucked into the tank through the pipeline for the extruder to feed.

Can't get started, just check:

1. Whether the pipeline and the tank are damaged, resulting in a vacuum leak and low vacuum pressure.

2. Check if the system filter is clogged.

3. Whether the vacuum pump has a much lower vacuum pressure.

Excluding the filter and the pipeline and the tank problem, the pumping effect is still not greatly improved. It is not effective to use the frequency converter to improve the operating frequency of the vacuum pump motor. It is suspected that the vacuum pump can not reach the vacuum pump after a long time. It is a headache to replace the vacuum pump without spare parts.

Later, the phenomenon of pumping was carefully observed on the spot, and it was found that the movable cover and the static seal were very difficult to seal when pumping. Especially at the last sealing moment, the movable cover was basically sucked up vertically to seal well, if the movable cover could be made By rotating the seal through the rotating shaft, the pumping force that should be used can be greatly reduced, so the movable sealing cover mechanism test is removed, and the height of the movable cover plate at rest is improved, and the rotating shaft of the cover plate can be rotated without much effort. Therefore, the angle of the connection between the cover plate and the rotating shaft is increased, and the height of the cover plate at rest is increased, so that it is not necessary to vertically raise the sealing of the cover plate during the suction process. It is sealed with a rotating cover plate. After a simple improvement, the vacuum pressure used for the seal is significantly reduced, the tank is easily sealed, and the pumping is normal.
