     Using the "dry weight loss method", the moisture analyzer measures the weight of the sample, and the halogen heating unit and the moisture evaporation channel quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the percentage of moisture content lost by the sample, and the drying process is completed. After that, the final measured moisture content value is displayed as a lock.

 

SFY-6 glutinous rice water meter instrument use precautions

Since this product is a precision instrument, the following problems should be noted during use.

1. In the process of measuring moisture, it is necessary to avoid vibration, and the gap at the lower end of the heating tube cannot be placed in the wind.

2. The sample should be leveled in the weighing pan, and the stacking area should be covered as much as possible on the bottom of the pan . The thickness of the stack should be as thin as possible to facilitate complete evaporation of water.

3. During the process of measuring moisture, the heating cylinder should not be touched by hand. It is strictly forbidden to knock or directly vibrate the work surface.

4. Since the weighing system of the instrument is a precision equipment, especially the force transmission part is particularly afraid of heavy pressure and impact, so use the bracket as much as possible when taking the weighing plate every time. If it is taken by hand, the weighing plate should be placed. Take it lightly and gently.

5. After the measurement is completed, the holder must be removed immediately after removing the weighing plate to avoid hot hands. The bracket should not touch the weighing bracket and the weighing pan when placed in the instrument.

6. After the measurement, the weighing plate is completely cooled, and then the next sample is placed.
