1. Turn the power switch as needed, turn on the power, and the power indicator lights.

2. Place the plastic bag containing the item in the vacuum chamber, and place the bag mouth neatly on the heat seal to close the air nozzle.

3. Press the cover and the air pumping (vacuum) indicator on the panel lights up. When the vacuum pump starts to pump, the cover is automatically sucked. The vacuum knob can adjust the degree of vacuum according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the scale is from low to high and the amplitude is small.

4. When the pumping reaches the set time, that is, the required degree of vacuum, the pumping is completed.

5. When the pumping is completed, the indicator light will be extinguished, and the heat seal indicator will be on, that is, the inflation action will be entered;

6. After inflating to the set time, start to enter the sealing procedure. Set the heat sealing time on the panel to adapt to different thick and thin materials. When adjusting the time, the rotation amplitude should be small to prevent the heat sealing temperature from suddenly increasing and burn the heat sealing accessories.

7. When the heat sealing time is reached, the heat seal indicator light is extinguished to indicate the end of the heat seal. The vacuum chamber automatically turns on the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum packaging process is completed, ready for the next packaging cycle. .
