New technology for cultivation of Agaricus bisporus

First, the choice of strains: Select medium-low temperature type 2796, Xindeng 96 special high temperature new strains.
Second, the culture formula: rice, wheat straw 2000 kilograms, pigs, cow dung 2000 kilograms, cotton shell or cotton cake 150 kilograms, urea 25 kilograms, gypsum powder 60 kilograms, superphosphate 45 kilograms, lime 50 kilograms, dubbed Can cultivate 111 square meters of Agaricus species.
Third, cultivation methods:
(a) Processing of raw materials. The straw should be dry and free of mildew. Before use, the cow dung should be dried and crushed to a size of broad bean, and pre-wet in a ratio of 1:1 for manure to water before the construction of the heap.
(b) Build a heap. Choose sites with high ground, near water sources, and no water accumulation. Before the stack is built, the bricks are raised by 25 cm. The width of the planks used is 100 cm. The length depends on the material pile. The stacks are covered with a thin film and the top is preferably covered with a layer of exposed straw.
(iii) Stockpile management. When the temperature reaches 75°C at a depth of 50 cm, the pile starts to turn.
(d) bed frame construction. The bed frame is usually built 5 to 8 floors, arranged in a straight line with the site.
(five) sowing and germ administration. Before the feeding, a 10 cm thick layer of dry rice and wheat straw shall be laid on the bed frame, and the cultured good culture material shall be put on the bed in time to be laid 20 to 35 cm thick. 2/3 of the strains were sown in the material bed and 1/3 of the strains covered the material surface. Generally, about 1 bottle of wheat straw (750 ml bottle) is used per square meter, and 2 to 3 bottles of cotton seed (750 ml bottle) are used.
(six) cover soil. The humus content of the selected soil is high, such as paddy soil, river mud, pond mud, vegetable garden soil, etc., and it must be disinfected before use.
(g) fruiting management. When the mycelium grows to about 1 cm, it can increase ventilation. When a large white spot (primary base) of Beans is visible on the cover soil, use a sprayer to spray large amounts of water onto the cover soil, but do not allow water to flow into the material. Spray the water at the same time to the ground and space with a sprayer to control the humidity to 85%. ~95% to promote a large number of mushroom buds.
